Managing Conflict
Conflict in and of itself can foster new ideas in an organization if handled constructively. This training helps participants to view the conflict situation objectively and to develop a process for resolving issues through an "interest based conflict resolution" model. It is a process focused on the outcome and needs of the people involved rather than getting stuck in the "blame" stage.
