Collaborative Communication & Learning Styles
Participants learn the steps of effective communication, how to establish rapport with others, how to treat others resulting in motivated attitudes towards the organization, and how to handle concerns and complaints. Participants take a non-threatening, interactive Learning Style Inventory which provides information on how people learn, process information and communicate. It is a fun and interactive experiential learning session that many organizations have as a core curriculum training module.
Performance Coaching
The session trains your managers to correct poor performance including the hardest to put into objective, measurable terms, negative attitudes. By the end of the session your managers will be able to resolve the negative employee attitudes of indifference, cynicism, and intimidation before they destroy your organization’s ability to work toward your goals.
Leadership Coaching
One-on-one coaching with managers enhances their ability to improve management skills needed to motivate employees, change behavior conducive for productivity, and improve relationships in the work environment.
Leadership Assessment
We use a competency based system, Lominger Career Architect ™, to first determine what competencies are most critical for the position and of those selected out of 67 competencies, which are the manager’s strengths. Our approach is to identify the strengths, build on the strengths to overcome any areas for development. We also use researched and validated instruments to provide leaders and managers with information on their leadership styles and competencies.
